Drawing Away The Pain
One of my migraine pain management tools is using doodling, sketching or drawing to distract myself from the pain. I think my brain uses a different part of my brain when I'm drawing and it takes me to a different place. Lately, I've been obsessed with learning to draw old school cartoons. Here are some of my efforts.
I'm trying to document the consequent craziness that has invaded my life with having chronic daily migraine, sleep apnea and gastroparesis.
