Migraine Moods

It's not so much the reflection in the photo that I like, but that bright white irritating light from the ceiling. Lights frequently feel like that to me.

Hello!
I wonder if your reading disorders last longer than a day? I had a migraine with an aura this monday and today, thursday, it is still difficult for me to read, somehow the words seem to be "juming around". More annoying than worrying.

Hi, I'm Ian.

Do you ever find that people are afraid of, well, pain?

That the fact that you're in pain puts them off?

It's what I'm finding. And it's really isolating.

Saw some pieces recently on shows like Cnn health and "the journal" with Joan Lunden, that talked about light as a trigger. love these posts, keep a lighthearted approach to such a tough issue to deal with.

Many migraine sufferers find relief with conservative chiropractic care. I suggest visiting this site and others like it to find out if chiropractic care can help you.
