Worry Dolls!

I actually found some real Worry Dolls over the weekend. They are so cute, and I'm going to try them on my migraines. Nothing else has been working so far. I'm a non-responder to the Botox and my appointment with the migraine specialist at University of Michigan isn't until April 10!

April 10, WTF? That's unreal. Do they have a plan for you from Nov-April? I can see how you would want some worry dolls. Eeee gads. C

if the "specialists" are anything like the ones I visited in MI 4 years ago, stick to the dolls! good luck

Sorry to sound negative, but I have to go with deborah on this one. The "headache neurologist" I saw last year was an idiot. He didn't do or say anything that my family doc had not already done or researched for me. The only thing the "specialist" did was collect his fee from the Ontario government for my visit.

Quack, quack, quack....

I really hope you have a better experience than I did. Love the dolls too!

Sorry you did not respond to the botox... neither did I. Would have been awesome to get the results some do from that, would seem like heaven. I seriously needed to go to my neuro in March and did not get in till Dec...which meant I was juggling meds like crazy trying not to rebound so I could work. Now i am trying out Lyrica (which i was on) in combo with Cymbalta. New mix, hope it does something. I guess there is another new one to try if this does not work... some drug they use for Alteimers, which sounds intriging, since it seems like I have Oldtimers as it is.
