Without a Delay!

I found another headache ad in my vintage True Story magazine. I think I really like these old ads compared to the new ones.

Speaking about falling for advertising, I tried HeadOn for the first time yesterday, and it didn't do anything for my migraine but make my forehead feel cool. Now after reading up on it, I'm not sure I should have even tried it, but I was feeling a bit desperate yesterday in the pain department. Has anyone else tried HeadOn?

Yes, I have tried HeadOn. And it doesn't even close to help a headache. But it does make my forehead feel nice.

I tried the Walgreen's version Glide On for Migraines. It has helped dull the pain a time or two but not much.
Why do you think you shouldn't use it? Just curious?

I've tried it. Both the migraine and the regular version. Frankly, Icy Hot works better for that type of help. It doesn't stop the headache, but the burning sensation seems to dull my pain. Plus, I like the smell.

I have not tried it but...read so many good things about it on one of the migraine sites I read every day. Bummer it did not work for you, I will have to try it myself.

I tried it and similarly designed creams and balms... and icy/hot cream and migraine patches. I agree they all feel nice, expecially when your neck or temples begin to hurt. But for the actual migraine, not so much, but maybe with something else it could be benificial.

I really like Head On and keep one in my desk drawer at work and one in my purse. I use it when I have a dull headache, not a migraine, and it just feels soothing.

LOL I like that vintage poster. When I was young my friend came to visit. She always had cramps! She brought with her some asprin powder. But not the package just some powder in a clear bag. My Mom freaked out and thought it was drugs! Which is crazy because we were not even in middle school yet and my friend and I were still very immature even more so than our age. Anyway, to make a long story short, I forgot all about it till I saw your vintage poster! lol
